We spoke with Group Development Manager Jake Thomas to get his thoughts on the brand new site, and to ask why it's important to keep content refreshed:
"It's so important to listen to your community and to the clients you serve. With this in mind we went about totally rebuilding, from the ground up, a new website that gives the client a much better experience during the sales journey. Our clients wanted quicker, more comprehensive access to their tickets and reporting data so we completely rebuilt the Customer Portal with a view to answering this question.
I personally could not be happier with the look and feel of the new site, it's bigger and much clearer to navigate and the content has been completely refreshed to reflect legislative changes since the last iteration. Most importantly we've kept the site in line with our 2018 rebranding and for the first time Recycling Management has a clear, defined image to sell our exceptional services moving forward.
It's been a fantastic learning experience and along with our in-house written CRM and Transport systems the Team feel we are stronger than ever moving into 2019!"
